The first time I visited this gym I knew Russell was committed to teaching MMA to anyone who was serious. I have learned so much in such a short time. I am a 49 year old women and Russell treated me like any other student.I look forward to the days I go to the gym because I know I will leave with a stronger since of self and the feeling of being part of a family is a great bonus.I strongly recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about learning the art of MMA.
Russell Jones mma has become my home away from home I train as hard as possible knowing that coach Russell will get me where I need too be if you or interested in learning mma I strongly recommend this gym oh !!!!!!!!! I almost forgot to all of coaches hates middle finger up bitches!!!!!!!
