The guys at the Owings Mills Ground Control location seem like real “stand-up” gentlemen. I’ve only trained there a couple times but improved on my jui-jitsu and boxing. Come learn from the best in their respective disciplines, including pro boxer and one-time mma fighter Russ “The Hammer” Shiflett and three time high school state wrestling champ Greg Kessler.
