Lights Out Gym is Howard County’s premiere boxing and MMA training facility located in Columbia, Maryland. We offer boxing training, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, and fitness training programs for people of all ages, genders, fitness levels, and fitness goals. Lights Out Gym will teach you self-defense while gaining self confidence. Our state of the art facility is designed for individuals who just want to get fit, learn self defense, or compete at the amateur and professional level. Lights Out Gym has everything for everybody and is a cost effective solution when compared to other so called “mma or boxing gyms” in Maryland.

The goal of Lights Out Boxing, MMA, and Fitness Gym is to help our members to develop, grow and improve both physically and mentally through progression in boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts and fitness training. We seek to accomplish this by offering the most innovative and enjoyable boxing, mixed martial arts and fitness instruction available. Our aim is to encourage individuals and families to lead healthier lifestyles and to assist them in reaching their fitness related goals. We strive to touch the lives of as many individuals as possible with the positive benefits of boxing, mixed martial arts and fitness. Our goal is to maintain a state-of-the-art training facility that offers the gym members a safe relaxed atmoshere along with a diverse range of self-defense and fitness programs that are supervised by a certified trained staff.
