Jab’s Boxing and MMA Gym, is Lansing, Michigan’s best gym and offers instruction in Boxing, MMA, Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. Jab’s is a group of people who share a common interest, in this case, recreational boxing and MMA. We are not selling you heavy bags or a ring or treadmills – we’re selling you an environment – one that will not only get you into the best physical shape of your life, but will have a dramatic effect on all areas of your life. Being motivated by the trainers and inspired by the members is something you can’t get when you’re walking on a treadmill watching CNN. There is no hierarchy, everyone comes to train!
