Ringside Fitness and Ringside Boxing is proud to announce the opening of the Marquette Boxing Academy. The academy is the area’s only center for the sport of boxing and includes basic boxing technique, conditioning, circuit training and private boxing lessons. The academy is operated and supervised by USOEC head coach Al Mitchell and his staff. Coach Mitchell is excited to offer training and conditioning to adults of all fitness levels with various fitness goals. He also envisions the development of a club that will be both competitive and fun, while encouraging area youth to improve fitness and cardiovascular health.
