Kansas City Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the most qualified source for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction in the Kansas City metro area. As part of the Adrenaline Athletics MMA training facility, we offer classes built around the understanding of fundamental technique, competitive drive, and physical conditioning.
Head instructor Jason Bircher is a black belt in BJJ under Professor Renato Tavares of American Top Team. With more than ten years on the mat and a broad range of competitive experience, he has shown an unerring dedication to both the growth of the club and each individual member.
In addition to offering the only source in the area for regular BJJ black belt instruction, KCBJJ strives to bring in guest instructors to further our growth as a group. Some of the instructors we have hosted in the past include Renato Tavares, Dustin Denes, Leonardo Peçanha, Gustavo Dantas, Adriano Nasal Pereria, and Suyan Quieroz. Our interest in the advancement of the endless art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu drives us to continue the intergration of technique and styles from accomplished instructors and competitors.
Our student base is centered on the core principals of shared growth and achievement through the combined effort of the team. Whether your focus is competition or self-defense, KCBJJ provides the best resource in the area to meet your goals.
Our facility is comprised of an industrial warehouse space with a fully padded Brazilian Jiu Jitsu floor and an additional area containing an MMA Cage. Other equipment you will find on the premise are:

Great place to learn BJJ. Mr. Bircher is an amazing instructor and helps you one on one if you cant quite get the technique down. Everybody there is really nice and supportive, they all love to help whenever you need it. Best place to train BJJ in Kansas City.
