Team Evolution Freestyle MMA, located at Snap Fitness in Sullivan, Missouri, offers instruction in Boxing/Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts. Our goal is not just to be the best fighters in Missouri, but rather to be the best fighters pound for pound in the cage! We are training anywhere from one hour to six hours a day four times a week. Our current schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 5:30-10:00. We also train on Saturday from 11:30-5:00. Stop in and see how we train: Be part of the Evolution!
