The MMA Center in Grain Valley is Kansas City’s Newest Martial Arts Training Facility, opening in January 2009 with the goal of providing World Class Martial Arts Training. To that end we have built the largest and most diversified training center in the Greater Kansas City area. You can choose to train in disciplines such as MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and more!
The Center and its staff are committed to bringing our members the most well rounded self-defense training curriculum in the Midwest. This coupled with self-enrichment offerings, sports leagues and various demonstrations creates a great place for you and your family to expand your horizons by learning new techniques, improving your flexibility and cardio-vascular conditioning.
