Team Burgess is a New Hampshire based mixed martial arts competition team. A team made up of wrestlers, boxers, kickboxers, juijitsu practitioners, as well as high level traditonal martial artists. We are now located in Manchester at our newly opened training facility, Burgess Studios! We welcome all interested in bettering their lifestyle by opening their body and mind to the world of martial arts.
Burgess Studios now offers beginners classes!!!! ARE YOU CURRENTLY FIGHTING, MOSTLY SELF TRAINED AND LOOKING FOR A TEAM TO HONE THOSE SKILLS WITH?? ARE YOU NEW TO THE WORLD OF MMA AND THINK YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO STEP UP AND TAKE AN ACTIVE ROLE IS CALLED “THE FASTEST GROWING SPORT IN THE WORLD” TEAM BURGESS IS NOW ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS TO JOIN US!!! THE FIGHT TEAM BOASTS A 70% WIN RATIO ALONG WITH NUMEROUS CHAMPIONSHIPS IN BOTH GRAPPLING AND MMA. Not looking to be a fighter but would rather learn the moves and get a good work out?? Our BEGINNERS CLASSES are just what you need!!! With hands on instruction from our team’s top fighters, you will be introduced to to the Burgess system.

This gym moved to depot street, across from the verison in manchester. Lot of room, experience teachers,tonight was first night and I look forward to more. What a work out…
