The Shop MMA in Somersworth, New Hampshire, offers the most comprehensive mixed martial arts training in the area. We have something for everyone and all skill levels. We provide training for competition, tournaments, self defense or if you just want a fun and challenging workout to be in top shape. All classes are taught by experienced instructors that make sure you learn and progress correctly. We offer training in Submission Grappling, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Boxing, Circuit Training, Kids/Teen Grappling, and Self Defense.
We provide scheduled group classes or private classes. Group classes are offered Monday thru Friday in the afternoons and evenings and Saturday mornings. Private classes are also available if you can’t make a group class or want more One-on-One training. Give us a call or stop by today!
