At Camp Sao Lak MMA in Union, New Jersey, Muay Thai is the base of our MMA system. However, being that it is a Mixed Martial Arts program, we also offer No Gi Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling for MMA. It is our belief that the combination of these arts is what creates the best “well rounded” competitor. Our program is not just for fighters or prospective fighters. possibly some of the hardest and best training i have seen in a long time! Good people good instructors and great training!
awesome gym they are not in molinas anymore, thankfully. they were renting space there for awhile but now have their own spot. excellent instruction. the teachers here have all faught which is something lacking in other gyms. i’d recommend this school anyday.
