Cape May County Jiu-Jitsu, located in Rio Grande, New Jersey at Appolo Boxing Gym offers instruction in Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing/Muay Thai Kick-Boxing, and MMA Conditioning. Cape May County Jiu-Jitsu is part of the Team Balance Studios Jiu-Jitsu network under Phil and Rick Migliarese.
Head instructor/owner Joe Schmidt (Brown Belt) and assistant instructor Steve McGee (Blue Belt) have over 25 years of combined time in the martial arts.
