KRU Martial Arts Training in Bergenfield has been providing children’s age-specific, development programs and adult Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts and self-defense courses for almost 30 years in the Bergen County, New Jersey area. Our facility was the first in the Northern New Jersey area to offer elite muay thai kickboxing and grappling instruction with state of the art matting for safety and provide a full sized Boxing Ring with Profession Heavy Bags and Training equipment. It is no wonder that students have come to us from Bergenfield, Dumont, Edgewater, Emerson, Englewood, Fort Lee, Hackensack, Leonia, New Milford, Oradell, Palisades Park, Paramus, Ridgewood, Tenafly, and Westwood.
