UNDERGROUND GYM, located in Neptune City, New Jersey, is the only facility of its kind that offers a unique combination of Strength and Conditioning with Combat Sports training. We teach Russian Kettlebells, Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics with Muay Thai Kickboxing (Thaiboxing), Western Boxing, Submission Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), along with Joint Mobility and Natural Organic Nutrition, all blended into one comprehensive system providing incredible results in very short time!
Our main focus is on developing athletic, healthy and energetic individuals capable of great performance in both life and athletics under a wide range of circumstances. We work daily with a variety of individuals of all ages and abilities, ranging from professional and amateur athletes to busy businessmen and housewifes.
