At American Jiu Jitsu Centers of East Northport, New York, we infuse traditional martial arts values into each class using a modern, practical, and safe approach. We consistently challenge our students to reach for excellence in a positive environment of mutual respect. We foster an attitude of “non-quitting spirit” that is essential for our students to succeed in the martial arts, and in life. By developing physical fitness, realistic self-defense skills, and mental mastery, our students develop the true confidence to be able to diffuse and walk away from an unnecessary confrontation.
American Jiu Jitsu provides positive personal results for every participant. Students train at an appropriate pace and level, based on their age and physical condition. Our instructors are dedicated to helping all students reach any goals they choose: self-confidence, self-defense, personal development, fitness, or a black belt.
