Bellmore Kickboxing/MMA Academy

At the Bellmore Kickboxing/MMA Academy on New York’s Long Island, each student is taught the art of Western Boxing, developing hand speed, punching power, stamina, a strong defense, and rapid fire punching combinations.  In addition, each student is taught the finer points of all the Martial Arts kicks, focusing on power and technique, not belts and katas.  Practical and realistic movements, that work in the ring and on the street are our primary concern.  We also teach Jiu-Jitsu and all aspects of the Mixed Martial Arts.

We have a 6000 square foot, fully air-conditioned, state of the art Kickboxing, Boxing, and MMA gym.  Our facility is complete with Boxing Ring, Cage, 2500 sq. ft. of Matted Grappling Area, Heavy Bags, Speed Bags, Double End Bags, Free Weights and State of the Art Machines, Treadmills, Bikes, Elliptical Cross Trainers, Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms and Showers.

At the Bellmore Kickboxing MMA Academy, you will always receive an incredible cardiovascular workout.  Each and every time you walk into the gym you will be challenged physically and mentally at an extremely intense pace.  Not only will you be in terrific shape, but you will walk away with the knowledge that you are learning to defend yourself and your loved ones, with techniques that actually work.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain confidence, relieve stress, or have aspirations to one day fight in the ring and or cage, the Kickboxing MMA Academy is for you.  We cater to all, amateur and professional fighters, business persons, homemakers, teens and kids.  With our One on One “Private Lessons” in Kickboxing, Boxing or Mixed Martial Arts, we go at your pace, and work toward your needs and goals.   In addition to our private lessons, we also offer group classes in Kickboxing, MMA, and Cardio-Kickboxing.

If you’re interested in being able to put a sanctioned hurting on somebody, the Kickboxing Academy instructs young pugilists in the methods of mixed martial arts, standard boxing and kickboxing. An array of weights and strength machines and cardio-kickboxing sessions are also available for an additional workout.
