Exceptional Tae Kwon Do Center in White Plains, New York is proud to carry the American Top Team Program. As one of the top Mixed Martial Arts Camp in the World the American Top Team Program introduces a mix of jujitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai and Taekwondo to continue develop fighting skills taught in the current Taekwondo classes.
This separate program expands on the defensive portion of our Tae Kwon Do program and compliments the stand up striking of Tae Kwon Do as a Martial Art. Starting at Level 1 the program contiues with rank test classified by color rank shirts to show progression in each level. testing is bi-montly and consist of a knowledge test and a skills test. Classes are evening sessions, discounts are available for students attending our existing Taekwondo Class.
These classes are an opportunity for the practitioner to enjoy all aspects of Martial Arts training. Learn and understand the basic skills used in such organizations as UFC and the WEC. Practice and learn in a safe learning enviroment and have the opportunity to spar and learn quickly, safely and a fun manner, to increase your Martial Arts knowledge and application of self defense.
