Heavy Hitters Boxing and Cross Training in Bohemia is the leading force in Boxing Today! We here at Heavy Hitters have the largest state of the art training facility on Long Island, New York. With a training team that has over 30 years experience in boxing, in and out of the ring. Our clientele varies from professional fighters, amateur boxers to everyday men and women who are just looking to get in great shape through our high energy workouts. Our Youth Program has molded many Junior Olympic Champions and some eventually went on to become Golden Glove Champions.

Heavy Hitters also manage and promote Professional boxers. Kristian Vasquez the owner of Heavy Hitters Boxing is one of the biggest and most respected event organizers in the world of boxing today, with his creation of the New York Amateur Boxing Championships he has built a name for himself in boxing and continues to do so everyday with his other ventures that help the world of boxing as a whole.

Heavy Hitters Boxing & Cross Training Gym is also Home to The Suffolk County Police Boxing team which is organized by Captain, Head Trainer/Co-Owner Jason Morales, with his knowledge and expertise himself, trainer Ralphie Delagdo and Ray Berke have put together a winning police team that competes at charity events to help out organizations raise money and awareness for many different causes.
