Jeet Kune Do Academy of Martial Arts, located in Clifton Park, New York, offers instruction in Jeet Kune Do, a total system that gives individuals the ability to enhance and develop the attributes of coordination, precision, power, endurance, speed, balance, mental calmness and emotional control. Also offered are Kids Classes in Kung Fu and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Women’s Self-Defense and Integrated Grappling Solutions, a Submission Wrestling system developed to work in the Ring, on the Mat and on the Street that combines the styles of Brazilian Jujitsu, Wrestling and Judo.

Many martial arts schools are filled with as many as 40 students per session. Classes at the Jeet Kune Do Academy of Martial Arts are limited to only 16 students who are guided and given personal attention by a Senior Instructor and Assistant Instructor. 60 minute class is filled with pure martial arts instruction NOT jumping jacks, push-ups or sit-ups that other schools use as filler activities, wasting precious class time. This approach to training is designed to help students progress at a faster rate and get an enriched hands-on learning experience rather than being just another face in a crowd.
