At KAYO Boxing, located in Garden City Park, New York at Gold’s Gym, you will be burning fat and toning up by punching a real hanging heavy bag. The resistance from hitting a hanging heavy bag burns more calories and tones your muscles up faster than if you were just punching and kicking the air.

These high intensity workout classes are a great full body workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind.

While you will be pushed to new limits, everyone is allowed to progress at his/her own pace. Every class will be different but you can expect to jump rope, work the heavy bags, speed bag, double-end bag, uppercut bags, core/abdominal drills and plyometric training. In addition to the equipment work, you will also do partner drills and can eventually start sparring, if desired.

If you are interested in becoming an amateur or professional boxer, we will teach you the in & outs of amateur to professional boxing by a USA Boxing certified Coach.
