Since 2005, Next Evolution MMA & Fitness Academy, formerly known as Kaizen Dojo NYC, has been providing instruction in the martial arts and in fitness in the New York City area. Headed by Mike Mullero (Sensei) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, NEMMAA offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instructions in martial arts.
