Spartan Mixed Martial Arts in Albany, New York is a 2,000 square-foot world class competitive training facility and features classes for every age group with some of upstate New York’s finest instructors. Competitive classes are offered in Scholastic Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Thai Boxing, Boxing, and Full Contact Karate. Instructional classes in self defense, restraint training, assault prevention and deterrence will also be offered, and community discipline building programs for inner city youth will be featured as well.
