At Tai Kai Jiu Jitsu, learn Self Defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts in Liverpool, New York. We offer classes in Realistic Self Defense, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, submission grappling, boxing, childrens class, and mixed martial arts. We are the only school in Central New York certified to teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We are a proud member of Team Balance.
Our school is certifed through the legendary Gracies from Brazil. We have Mixed Martial arts fighters in the school, including the deaf fighter in TUF 3 on Spike, Matt Hamill, children’s program, women’s self defense, jiu-jitsu, and mixed martial arts for adults. Childrens and Adult Classes are separate. We have students as young as 3 and as old as 55. There is something for everyone there. So stop by or write or call. Come on in for a free class!
