Tang Muay Thai is THE ONLY school in the Capital Region that teaches authentic Muay Thai Kickboxing. Coach Greg Smith is a former Amateur Fighter (Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing) with a total of 25 years Martial Arts experience, and has been training in Muay Thai for nearly 15 years. Greg is also THE ONLY Certified Instructor under Erik Paulson’s Combat Submission Wrestling in the Albany area.
You will not find this level of complete Striking and Clinch (wrestling with strikes & throws) training anywhere else in the Capital District. Muay Thai is essential for MMA competition, an incredible workout, and great for self-defense! You do not need to be an athlete or in incredible shape to train with us. Anyone can learn the devastating style of Muay Thai! Our classes are open to both MEN & WOMEN of ANY experience level, beginners are welcome!
