Combat Academy in Saint James on Long Island is quickly becoming one of the premiere MMA training centers in New York. Our facility is equipped with an octagon, caged grappling area, kickboxing area, heavy bags as well as free weighs, treadmills and much more.
With members ranging from beginner all the way to pro fighters, there are classes for everyone. We teach Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi & No Gi), Wrestling and MMA. We also have a Kid’s MMA program from ages 7-14, as a well as a program just for women.
Our classes are offered seven days per week and unlimited use for all members. We also have a fight team and manage amateur and pro fighters. All are welcome to come in for a tour and try a free day pass!

I used to go this place when they were in Centereach, after several name changes and staff changes , they settled on Jamie Varner. He really had nothing to do with the place. The gym was great. Nice facility. Terrible instruction and staff.
