I went to this gym after they called me to come in for like a month. Its basically a garage were a couple kids train for local MMA…that’s about it: Weren’t too friendly and it didn’t seem like they knew to much about what they were doing.
Checked out this gym, yes it is small but everybody there was very helpful and friendly. No intimidation or b.s., just good training. Mainly a jujitsu but they have very good basic striking classes as well. Wrestling is probably their weakest part, but i didn’t personally go to the specific class just from watching the guys roll.
