Buckeye Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is Columbus, Ohio’s first gym entirely focused on Mixed Martial Arts training, is now looking to inspiring fighters, as well as those looking to learn the most realistic self-defense available. Every technique taught and practiced is geared towards real MMA competition. We do not waste time with flashy kicks or low percentage submissions…everything is practical and battle tested!
All techniques and strategies are taught with the big picture in mind. Strikes can be used to set up submission attacks, strikers will learn to punch and kick while defending takedowns, and grappling is practiced with the understanding that that an opponent can punch you in the face. The key to success is preparation- We will make sure you are technically and physically ready to WIN.

I’ve been training with Buckeye MMA for over a year and a half. I can say, Buckeye has without a doubt the best fighters in the state of Ohio. The facility is top notch, second to none. The facility has central Ohio’s only full sized Octogon ring, a variety of ammatures and professional fighters keep practice pushed to the limits. If looking for a premium training facility, you’re looking for Buckeye MMA.
