Team Bundori is a Mixed Martial Arts Fight Team based out of Kraft’s Kenpo in Massillon, Ohio. We train in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Brazilian Jujitsu and cage Drills. Kickboxing will execute hitting the heavy bags, focus mitts, speed bags, jump rope, sit ups and working fighting techniques. Grappling will consist of Judo, wrestling and Brazilian Jujitsu. We work take downs, ground fighting, submissions and chokes. These classes are great for those who are looking to learn the multiple aspects of martial arts.
If you’re looking to get in shape or ready to hit the cage, this is the training for you…our cage fighters have an excellent record and are a thrill to watch. We also have a Bundori workout for women only. A great place for women to get in shape and learn some fighting techniques. Master Instructor Joe Kraft has Black Belts in multiple styles.
