Team WorkHouse Mixed Martial Arts is Norwalk, Ohio’s premier MMA team where local amateur MMA fighters gather to train. We are always looking for new fighters to come to train with us and become part of the team. We are steadily growing everyday and were looking to become one of the best around. Practice times are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 9am to 11:30 am plus random evening sessions. Times are subject to change. Team workhouse has moved to a new location at the Ohio Dawgz training center, located on wikel road near Milan and Berlin Heights. Wow what a facility, national level wrestling instruction available, gorilla jit-su, hybrid techniques, kickboxing, stand up, and ground and pound. Awesome training partners without the ego’s, the cardio is insane and will prepare you for the most intense fights. They welcome everyone who has a good attitude, wants to learn, and conducts themselves in a professional manner.
