Ecole de Budo RAJI International and the Derizans Jiu-Jitsu Academy Portland. Our dojo and training facilities are located in the beautiful and historic neighborhood of St Johns in Portland, Oregon. Here at the Ecole de Budo RAJI we offer instruction in the traditional Japanese martial arts of Aikido, Jodo and Iaido. The Derizans Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a member of the Relson Gracie Association and we offer traditional instruction in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
Ecole de Budo RAJI is an international school. The name is French for school of budo. RAJI happens to be our head instructor’s last name, but is also an acronym for Ryu Aikido Jodo Iaido. The school was founded in 2001, in Rennes, France by Jaff Raji. Jaff has been a full time teacher of aikido, jodo and iaido for over two decades now.
