Since 1989, Roseburg Martial Arts Academy in Roseburg, Oregon, has been on the cutting edge of martial arts instruction. Our family-friendly programs help make learning martial arts available to everyone, not just the athletically inclined minority. With programs designed to benefit everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, our students range in age from 5 to 65. RMAA incorporates principles from a variety of Martial Arts, Tang Soo Do, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, weapons, all of which provides our students with a well-balanced, “street-smart” self-defense system. Our adult classes are great for anyone who wants to get in shape, have a great workout and learn something practical at the same time. While learning basic skills and self-defense, the program builds strength, endurance, speed, and improves cardiovascular performance.
