Central PA Mixed Martial Arts in State College, Pennsylvania, is the largest and best Mixed Martial Arts gym in the North East! We are the only Martial Arts school in Central PA with CERTIFIED instructors in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts/Dog Brothers, Boxing, and Youth Martial Arts. Our instructors have been practicing/teaching Martial Arts in Central PA – Penn State/State College Martial Arts community for over a decade.
Our gym has over 20,000 square feet of cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, saunas, 3,000 square feet of mat space. We have the Over 10 Heavy Bags, and the Only Octagon (cage) and 5 Rope Boxing Ring in the area. No contracts, no hassle. Stay for as long as you like.
