O2 Oxyfit Gym in Macungie, Pennsylvania is a Full Service Gym with Life Fitness & Hammer Strength and Cardio Equipment; we also offer instruction in Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts. Our facility also includes an Octagon Cage for MMA Training, Juice Bar and our Oxytots Babysitting Service!
Our 15,000 square foot health facility offers over 70 cardio free weight and universal machines from the leading provider in the industry Life Fitness. To compliment the machinery the oxygen performance station will be available next to selected cardio machines to help maintain endurance and recovery while working out. O2 Oxyfit is also partner with International Fitness Club Network- the world’s largest corporate health club network in which some corporations reimburse employee memberships up to 80% and the Silver Sneakers Program for senior members.
Reginaldo Gurgel F. de Almeida is our BJJ instructor: He was born in Fortaleza, Brazil, and earned his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Master Sazinho, and has studied with 3rd Degree Black Belt Professor Ademir Oliveria for eight years. He is currently the head Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor of Team O2, and the American Mixed Martial Arts Dojo in Quakertown.
