The Rusty Cage is a Mixed Martial Arts training center located in Blairsville, Pennsylvania. We are located a short distance from Indiana, Johnstown, Greensburg, Latrobe and surrounding areas. Our instructors and trainers are well versed in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, Grappling. Tige McAfoos and Bob Shannon teach all classes.

We currently have two mats room feature heavy bags, Muay-Thai bags, tear drop bags, Upper Cut Bags, Fight Cage, as well full free weight room and weight machines for all members, personal trainers and much more. We welcome all persons interested in training for either physical fitness or competition.We offer the following types of martial arts:

•Boxing and wrestling training starts you out with your basic fundamentals.
Which we like to build as base for future training.

• Kickboxing and ju-jitsu training takes place in a formal atmosphere with an emphasis on etiquette and self-control as well as physical ability. Training generally is divided into the practice of basic techniques and sparring. While sparring, students stop blows just short of contact so that power is always maintained with control.

• Mixed martial arts involving a wide range of throws, joint locks, and takedowns. Focusing on punches and kicks, and how to deflect the impact of punches and kicks.
