Ryer Martial Arts Academy provides the best martial arts, self defense and fitness programs to Pittsburgh’s East End communities. We offer the absolute best selection of Adult Martial Arts programs. Students of our Adult Martial Arts Program can choose from instruction in several martial arts disciplines, including; the empty-hand martial art of American Kenpo Karate, the grappling-based martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the weapon-based martial art of the Counterpoint Tactical System, and the Filipino-based martial art of Doce Pares Eskrima. Each of these curriculums teaches practitioners how to cope with situations logically and systemically; making them highly practical for any man or woman to learn and apply.
