Great place to train, great atmosphere, they are probably going to need a bigger facility in the near future and they should get a cage (hint hint). That’s right, South Carolina legislators approved MMA now we wait for the Senate, so keep your fingers crossed!
Good gym. Instruction is best by FAR in Columbia. Real hard nosed MMA and BJJ.
