TKO Mixed Martial Arts, located in Powell, Tennessee, is strictly about MMA. There are not separate classes for stand up or ground work. We train all of it equally. There are classes everyday of the week including group runs as well as breathing and stretching classes. Bring a mouthpiece & come on in to try it out!
Classes are $100/month.

cagekiller is very serious about producing great fighters ! and well built for mma.
I was at this gym for about a year. Great guys who train just as hard as they fight. If your looking to get into MMA this is where you wanna go.
I’ve trained at this gym several times,and have enjoyed each experience every time I go. Timm Kitts has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the fight game, and his students are very well rounded. There is no reason to feel intimidated when you walk into their school for the first time. Timm,his coaching staff,and his students are always happy to help students learn every aspect of fighting at the students own pace. There is always a positive attitude from all of the fighters from the time you walk in, until the time you leave. I believe that if you are new to fighting,or if you are a fighter wanting to take your game up a notch; this gym is for you.
