Cypress Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is based in northwest Houston in the town of Cypress, Texas and is a proud member of the Torres-Apponte/Royce Gracie Competition Team in Houston. Cypress Brazilian Jiu Jitsu’s mission is to teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to Cypress residents and the surrounding areas. Classes are friendly and non-competitive. Our school goals are to train and learn techniques to help in Self Defense or in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition. An everyday class consists of warm-ups, technique training and then grappling (rolling).
We are primarily a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school with students who successfully compete in BJJ competitions. Our adult club has people ranging from ages 16 all the way up to age 53. Our kids class ranges from age 5 through 15. Our school provides a low stress environment that puts an importance on techniques and improvement.
Cypress Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is dedicated to teaching everyday skills and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition techniques to individual students and families in Cypress and the surrounding areas. We offer affordable martial arts classes and private, small group or family lessons.

I am a student at this school and i am also the only girl in the middle school/high school class. We train hard and learn a lot. Thank you coach Ricco for every thing you have taught us.
