Dallas Martial Arts has been offering instruction and training in the Dallas area since 1976, producing champions in life as well as in the martial arts. Headed by Master Instructor Stephen Selby, Dallas Martial Arts in North Dallas, Texas offers a variety of specialized programs for all ages, to achieve physical fitness, self defense, and success and achievement in the martial arts.
We offer instruction in Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Karate, Self Defense, and Jiu Jitsu by world-class instructors. Classes are challenging, focused, structured and fun, and are designed to bring out the best in you, or your child.
In our popular adult Mixed Martial Arts classes, you will develop the skills of Muay Thai Kick boxing, Self-defense, Karate and even Weapons defense. You will also build your confidence and self-discipline while getting in the best shape of your life.
Our Beginning MMA program – Your Instructor will introduce you to the exciting world of Mixed Martial Arts in your first lesson one on one. You’ll learn how DMA’s effective training system can teach anyone to train correctly and safely in MMA.
