The gym is fully matted with our own octagon. This should be the final gym you go to because there is none better. The first fight school where I trained in throws, take downs and ground game equally. i suggest this school for anyone who wants to expand their knowledge in total combat/competition fighting. This is a combat school 1st, competition, either way, you will be prepared for both. Coach Grant has many years experience in many martial arts styles including JUDO, Japanese Ju jitsu, brazilian jiu jitsu, sambo and wrestling.
