Excel CrossFit and MMA is the #1 rated CrossFit, Personal Training, and Combat Sports Studio in Magnolia, Texas. Excel CrossFit and MMA clients are some of the best trained athletes and fighters in the region and to top it off Excel CrossFit is ran by Combat Veterans who have used what they teach in COMBAT. Excel Clients are capable of fighting in a cage or outside of one to protect themselves. We are Excellent because there is no other way we are by definition the smell of confidence, pride, and honor.

If you haven’t been to this gym you need to it is by far the the most affordable in the Nation. And my Cousin is legit and one of the best personal trainers and MMA Conditioning coaches in the Area! If you think I’m full of it Google me… And see for yourself… this is what we do!
this gym is shady and is not certified by crossfit or any other fitness organization. The owner jon has limited knowledge on fitness and is the worst example of a soldier or fitness instructor. He should not be trusted
I have been at this gym for 6 months and have lost 38 pounds! So I find it hard to believe that the owner Jon Fletcher would write that about himself! Great gym, great enviroment, great instructors, great energy. My kids and I wont be leaving for a long time.

this is crap that yall say this is shady i went to church with jon before he went to afganastan he was my youth leader at a church camp so i trust the guy!!!!
Jon is not a personal trainer. He has absolutely zero credentials. Claim
s he was an Army ranger, there are no females in a
Ranger Batallion. He’s gone thru several co-owners. Jon is a pathological liar. He does have a decent boxing background. Yet again he claims he boxed in the Army, no records at all. Jessica knows far less than Jon, yet says she is a certified personal trainer. Joel, FYI Jon has never deployed to Afghanistan, sorry to bust your bubble. Notice that clientele is never constant.
