Freddie Poole’s Martial Arts in Dallas and Flower Mound, Texas, offers instruction in Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Private Training, and a Certified Self Protection Course for kids and adults.

We offer a fun family oriented traditional martial arts and fitness program which include Karate, Tae kwon Do, Kickboxing, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Martial Arts is a great way to learn practical self defense techniques as well as keeping students in great shape and active. We encourage children, especially, to get involved with martial arts because it is a gateway to gaining self esteem, learning self discipline and leadership. Our children’s program is designed to encourage each child to reach their full potential.

At Freddie Poole’s Martial Arts we provide our clients a unique blend of options to enhance their quality of life. From formal traditional training (Tae Kwon Do & Jiu Jitsu) to modern and progressive training (Kickboxing) our highly trained staff will provide a clear and proven path to lead each client toward improved health, mental sharpness, and physical fitness.

The center offers multi-level programs for children and adults. Children may begin karate training as young as 3 1/2 years of age. Adult Martial Arts programs are available for ages 14 and older.
