Gracie Barra McAllen/TnC Martial Arts, LLC, is located in McAllen, Texas. We are a Gracie Barra affiliated dojo and teach Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA. Our classes are structured so you may learn the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as stand up self-defense.
Instructor Tony Torres is a 4th Dan in Tae Kwon Do and holds a Black Belt in Shorei-Ryu and Shotokan. Tony is also a Gracie Barra Brazilian Jui-Jitsu instructor, boxing and kickboxing coach. Tony Torres has studied the martial arts since he was 8 years old and has competed extensively through out the United States and has coached many champions.
