Welcome to Hoger Mixed Martial Arts!  Come join Houston’s newest BJJ Gracie Black Belt, Sam Hoger, for some great physical conditioning, technical workouts! At Hoger MMA we offer the best training in MMA, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Our new 5000 square foot facility is located in southwest Houston, Texas.  The soft opening of the facility was April 13, 2009, although we will keep each of you posted on the continued renovation timeline.  To outline a few amenities of the new facility are:

* Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms with showers
* 4000 sq ft rolling mat space
* Ringside water hanging bags
* Boxing ring and partial cage
* Tractor tire and hammer
* Full weight center
* Cardio machines (i.e. rowing, bicycles, treadmills, elliptical)
* Personal Trainer on Staff along with Trak Fit to help record your progress of training
* Nutritionist on Staff
* And many more exciting items, but you’ll just have to check it out for yourself!
