Very limited. not a whole lot of detail. no self-defense instructions, poor organization and no support. good work out, but that’s it.

Yeah sure buddy, thats why Paragon Laredo is the biggest adult program academy in Laredo… that makes sense. Sounds like you showed up and are from some other dojo in Laredo (karate).
I have to agree with jiu-jitsu student. Paragon Laredo does very little. Crappy instructors, and not a black belt or brown belt instructor; almost any blue or purple belt can open a dojo.
Corpus Christi Paragon is ok, as you can tell the difference when you roll with them. McAllen has even better jiu-jitsu. Don’t hate either, jiujitsu student 1. I have gone to Paragon Laredo and rolled rolled there. You guys need a lot of work.

Awesome school totally recommend it. Most of the student are very humble and competitive. Greatest thing to happen to Laredo, I wish I had less work to work out more. Great mats to roll!! They don’t burn ur skin wohoo!!
