Mann’s Martial Arts in Dallas, Texas, is your best choice for quick and effective adult-only martial arts instruction. We do not offer classes at this time to anyone under the age of 18! Our goal is to get-you-in-shape using a highly aerobic workout, and to teach you street-effective self defense in a safe environment using the best techniques from several styles. We excel in helping those who feel they are out-of-shape, unathletic, older adults, those with handicaps, injuries, or physical limitations, quickly and effectively learn how to defend themselves.
