The Agoge is a fun, safe environment with a friendly atmosphere, and positive attitudes. We are a martial arts academy in Lufkin, Texas offering instruction in Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Combat Conditioning, Mixed Martial Arts and Wrestling. Our motto is: “Leave Your Ego at the Door”.
