Welcome to West Side Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Ogden, Utah. Our academy teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Muay Thai and Wrestling. At West Side Jiu-Jitsu Academy, our instructors are dedicated to teaching what works. Right now, we are focused on what we think are the most effective martial arts for personal protection (self-defense), grappling tournaments, and or mixed martial arts competitions.
