United Fighting Arts Institute in South Burlington, Vermont, is the largest multi-style martial arts training facility in the area. We boasts very knowledgeable and caring instructors, a youth enrichment center, top of the line training equipment, high speed internet access, electronic attendance tracking and much, much more!
We currently offer classes in Taekwondo, Aiki Jitsu, Traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and Submission Grappling. We also offer discounts to our students from our partner facilities on; certified physical therapy, certified strength/conditioning coaching, nutrition and we now have on-site certified massage therapy (by appointment only, from “Alternative Healing”), as well as many other services!
So whether your goals are looking to gain more self confidence, learn practical self-defense, get fit, spiritual development, learn traditional martial arts, or to become a competitive combat sports athlete, you have found the best training facility in Vermont to accomplish your goals!

Awsome facility (huge) with TONS of brand new bags & gear…excellent instructors; Muay Thai Trainer has had many fights and is a “kru” who trained in Thailand many tims…BJJ & Submission Trainer is a Brown Belt (almost black) under Julio “Foca” Fernandez and is a top no gi & gi competitor. Very good gym, would recommend it to everyone!
This is absolutely the best Mixed Martial Arts facility in the state of Vermont, hands down! Awesome facility, they have 2 locations and the equipment and trainers are top notch! I highly reccomend this gym!
