Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

FACT: 95% of all Self-Defense situations end up on the ground or in the grappling range… Grappling is the most neglected range of self-defense in most martial art systems.”

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is known for being the single most effective martial art in the world. Focusing on the principles of leverage instead of speed and strength this allows the person with the least amount of capabilities to subdue a larger and stronger opponent. This can be done in a safe manner, which can be considered very useful in a world with so much litigation. The best part of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is that it provides you a chance to get into phenomenal shape while having the time of your life.

Muay Thai Kickboxing:

Muay Thai, or commonly known as Thai Boxing, is the national sport of Thailand which originated from the ancient battlefield tactics of the Thai army. For centuries, Thai rulers have attached great importance to the training of their soldiers, in skills of hand to hand fighting. Very often, the rulers themselves were great fighters: Strong, valiant and skilled in the art. As a result, the Thais have consistently proven their dominance on the battlefield against foreign armies. Thai Boxing matches allow the use of punches, kicks, elbows, knees and standup grappling. Thai training methods develop devastating power, speed and superb cardiovascular endurance in a safe setting, thanks to the use of sophisticated training methods.
